These terms apply to Toon Tone, a simple browser-based guess color game available at toontone.pro and operated from the United States. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly. These terms were last updated July 17, 2026.

The service

Toon Tone provides a main color game, themed color games, a Daily Challenge, optional public leaderboards, and sharing features. Scores are entertainment results, not official tests, certifications, rankings, or professional assessments.

Accounts, APIs, and public submissions

Toon Tone does not provide user accounts or a supported public API for automated score submission. If you save a leaderboard result, your display name, score, timestamp, game mode, and optional social handle may be visible publicly. Only submit information you have the right to publish.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes attempts to:

Disrupt site availability or hosting infrastructure.
Automate, manipulate, or falsify scores or leaderboard submissions.
Submit abusive names, personal information, impersonation, spam, or unlawful content.
Copy the site in a way that violates applicable intellectual property laws.

We may reject, hide, or remove leaderboard entries and restrict abusive use without notice. Public leaderboard placement and retention are not guaranteed.

Brands and intellectual property

Themed character pages are unofficial, independent fan-made game pages. Toon Tone is not affiliated with or endorsed by the franchise owners or rights holders. Character names, brands, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants permission to reuse third-party material.

Advertising and external services

Toon Tone may use Google AdSense, Google Analytics, hosting, database, and content delivery providers. Ads and external links may be controlled by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Adsterra placements are paused as of July 17, 2026.

General audience

The game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Minors should use the site with appropriate parent or guardian guidance and should not publish identifying information in leaderboard fields.

Availability and changes

Toon Tone is provided as a lightweight game and may change or become unavailable without notice. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. For questions, email support@toontone.pro. You can return to the Toon Tone game from this page.
